Mulled Cider Snickerdoodle

Talk about craftsmanship…this cookie is made slowly over 3 days using local farm fresh apple cider that is mulled on low with whole spices for roughly 24 hours before it’s added into our dough where it truly takes on a character of its own. Rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked to soft perfection, this cookie tastes like hot cider on a cool fall day or what we imagine an apple orchard would taste like if you could bite into one.
